Will a tiered cake hold up outdoors in the Gurugram heat?
Fondant handles heat far better than buttercream, so for a lawn or terrace function we will usually steer you towards a fondant finish. We travel in a temperature-controlled cab and stack the tiers at the venue rather than before. Keep the table out of direct sun, and cut earlier in the evening rather than later.
Are the flowers on the cake real, and can they be eaten?
The flowers we make are sugar, shaped by hand, and they are edible. They also need time to dry, which is a large part of why a wedding cake needs more notice than a birthday cake. If your decor team would rather add fresh flowers on the day, tell us early so we leave the right space and they come off before the cake is cut.

Wedding cakes are the work we most enjoy. We build anything from a single elegant tier for a small ceremony through to five-tier centrepieces for a banquet, in fondant or buttercream, with sugar flowers, drapes, gold leaf, lace piping or a clean modern finish. Because each tier can carry its own flavour, a five-tier cake can run Belgian Chocolate at the base through to Fresh Mango at the top — the base tier is chosen from our chocolate-based flavours, which hold the weight above them. Pricing starts at ₹2,500/Kg and scales with size and detail; a real wedding cake usually sits well above our everyday range, and we will quote yours exactly before anything is confirmed.
Please talk to us early. Small tiered cakes can sometimes be done in a day or two, but a full wedding cake wants a week where possible — sugar flowers alone take time to set. We deliver across Gurugram within 25 km of our Sector 47 studio, in a temperature-controlled cab, and we will assemble the tiers on site so nothing travels stacked.
