Floral Cakes we have made
Floral cakes split two ways, and the choice changes the look more than the colour does. Sugar and buttercream flowers are made by us — piped roses, ruffled petals, lavender sprays — so they hold their shape all evening and can be matched to an outfit or an invitation exactly. Fresh flowers are arranged on the cake on the day, which gives a softer, looser look nobody can quite copy in sugar. Both sit well on tiers: a three-tier ivory ruffle for an engagement, a single drum with a lavender spray and macaroons for a birthday, berries and edible flowers on chocolate for something less formal. Gold leaf, pearls and a monogram are the usual finishing touches.
We make the flowers, not the bouquet — everything is arranged on the cake itself rather than sent alongside it. Sizes start at 1 Kg and tiered floral cakes generally run 3 Kg and up. Pricing is from ₹2,500/Kg: a single-tier floral cake starts at ₹2,500, two- and three-tier designs from ₹7,500, and the largest engagement and wedding pieces go higher again. Everything is 100% eggless and available in all 19 flavours. Most designs need about a day's notice, and heavily tiered pieces are better with two or three. We deliver within 25 km of our Sector 47 studio in a temperature-controlled cab, with the delivery charge calculated by distance at checkout.

Are the fresh flowers edible, and do they come off before cutting?
The sugar and buttercream flowers are fully edible, petal for petal. Fresh flowers are decoration rather than food, so they are arranged on the cake and lifted off before it is cut. We point out what needs removing when we hand the cake over, so nobody has to guess at the table.
Can you match the flowers to my outfit or the invitation colours?
Sugar and buttercream flowers we can match closely, because we mix the colour ourselves. Send a photo of the fabric or the invite taken in daylight rather than under a lamp. Fresh flowers are the honest exception - the exact shade depends on what is available on the day, so treat those as close and not exact.
