Is the bow edible?
Yes, it is fondant and entirely edible, though most people lift it off and keep it rather than eat it — dried fondant is firm. If you would rather it were softer to eat, say so and we make it thinner, but a thin bow will not hold a large loop.
Will the bow survive the drive in summer?
It will. Fondant handles Gurgaon heat far better than buttercream, which is part of why this design travels well. The cake goes in a temperature-controlled cab and the bow is fitted before it leaves. Keep the cake in the fridge on arrival and bring it out around thirty minutes before cutting.
Can the bow match a specific ribbon or an outfit?
Send a photograph or the ribbon itself and we colour-match the fondant. Deep saturated colours — cherry red, black, royal blue — come out closest. Very pale pastels and neons sit a shade off, and we will tell you before you order rather than after.

The bow cake is the most requested single design we make for teenage birthdays and bridal showers, and it works because it is restrained: a smooth cake, a ribbon running down one side, and one large bow sitting slightly off-centre rather than square on top. The bow is made from fondant rolled thin, shaped over supports and left to dry so the loops hold their shape and do not sag — that drying time is why we ask for a little notice. Colours that photograph best are the ones with a bit of sheen: cherry red, black, powder blue, or ivory with a pearl trim around the base.
It scales from a 1 Kg single tier up to a three-tier, and a two-tier with the bow bridging both tiers is the version people photograph most. Sizes start at 1 Kg from ₹2,500/Kg. Every cake is 100% eggless and available in all 19 flavours. Most designs need about a day's notice, and a large bow benefits from more. We deliver within 25 km of our Sector 47 studio in a temperature-controlled cab, with the delivery charge calculated by distance — the bow travels fitted and is checked at handover.
