Frozen Cakes we have made
Frozen has outlasted every prediction, and it is still one of our most requested themes. We build ice castles with sugar-glass turrets and icicles, Elsa modelled in her blue gown, Olaf standing at the base with his carrot nose, and snowflakes piped and dusted across a white-and-blue ombre finish. Silver and pearlised lustre does most of the work here — under party lights an ice cake genuinely sparkles. Two-tier versions let the castle sit above a snow-covered lower tier. Tell us whether it is an Elsa cake or a whole-cast cake, because the two look quite different.
Sizes start at 1 Kg with 2-3 Kg usual for a party, priced from ₹2,500/Kg and most themed designs landing between ₹3,500 and ₹10,000. Everything is 100% eggless, in any of our 19 flavours. Most designs need about a day's notice; castle builds want two. We deliver within 25 km of our Sector 47 studio in a temperature-controlled cab, which matters for a cake covered in lustre and sugar-glass, and the delivery charge is calculated by distance at checkout.

Questions people ask us
How do you do Elsa's face?
Two ways. Modelled by hand in fondant, which gives a full figure with her gown and braid standing on the cake, or printed in edible ink on an icing sheet, which is sharper for a face and fully edible with nothing to peel off. Faces are the hardest thing to model, so we will say which suits your design.
Can you do the second film rather than the original?
Yes, just tell us which one she means, because they look quite different. The first film is ice blue, white and silver with the castle and Olaf. The second moves to autumn reds, rust and deep greens, and we can model the salamander or the water horse instead of the snowman if that is what she is after.
How much notice do you need for an ice castle?
Two to three days for a full castle build, since the sugar work and the modelling have to set before anything is assembled. Simpler snowflake and ombre designs are fine with about a day. We cannot do same day, as every cake is baked to order and needs six to eight hours before decorating begins.
