Mermaid Cakes we have made
Mermaid cakes are the prettiest thing on this list to photograph. The usual build is a teal and lilac ombre drum with a fondant tail curling over the top edge, scattered with chocolate shells, pearls and a starfish, finished with rose-gold or pearlised lustre. Others go fully underwater — coral, seaweed, bubbles piped up one side, a small mermaid modelled sitting on a rock, or Ariel specifically if that is who your daughter means. A two-tier version gives room for a wave line running between the tiers.
Sizes start at 1 Kg; 2-3 Kg is usual for a party. Pricing runs from ₹2,500/Kg with most designs between ₹3,500 and ₹10,000 depending on modelling. Everything is 100% eggless and available in all 19 flavours. Most designs need about a day's notice. We deliver within 25 km of our Sector 47 studio in a temperature-controlled cab — lustre and buttercream both need the cold — with the delivery charge calculated by distance at checkout.

Can you do an under the sea cake with no mermaid on it?
Yes, and we make plenty of them. A wave line in teal and white, coral and seaweed piped up one side, bubbles, a treasure chest, and a turtle, octopus or clownfish modelled on top. It works just as well for a boy, and for a first birthday where you want the theme without a character.
